BROOKINGS HIGH SCHOOL SCIENCE RENOVATION

Constantly Clean provided comprehensive final cleaning services for the Brookings High School Science Renovation Project in Brookings, South Dakota. This approximately $2.2 million project, led by Mills Construction with design by Co-Op Architecture, fully modernized the school’s science classrooms, labs, and adjacent restrooms.

Our team delivered a detailed post-construction final clean to prepare the newly renovated spaces for occupancy. Services included thorough cleaning of all surfaces, fixtures, floors, cabinetry, and lab areas, along with detailed attention to high-touch and specialty spaces common in science classrooms. The goal was to leave the facility polished, safe, and ready for students and staff to move in following the construction turnover.

This project required close coordination with the general contractor and school district to meet the tight timeline, as science students had been temporarily displaced and were scheduled to return to the updated facilities by the second quarter of the 2026–27 school year. Constantly Clean’s work helped ensure a smooth transition from construction to a clean, functional learning environment.
